Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Yes! Orders over $70 qualify for free shipping.

We do not accept returns at this time.

Do you accept exchanges?
Exchanges are accepted for earrings only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Buyer covers return shipping costs.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right!
