Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns at this time
- Exchanges are accepted for earrings only within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Please contact us before sending any items back to begin the exchange process
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Digital downloads
- Custom or personalized items
- Opened or worn earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the item
- We will provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible
Shipping & Processing
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
- Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier
- La Apau Creations is not responsible for shipping carrier delays
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- After that time, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled
Additional Notes
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
- Handmade items may have slight variations
- All items are packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery
