Thank you for supporting my small business! Each item is thoughtfully designed and handmade with care.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns at this time
  • Exchanges are accepted for earrings only within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Please contact us before sending any items back to begin the exchange process

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Digital downloads
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Opened or worn earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the item
  • We will provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible

Shipping & Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier
  • La Apau Creations is not responsible for shipping carrier delays

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • After that time, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled

Additional Notes

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • Handmade items may have slight variations
  • All items are packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery
